How long can my board be left out without any food going bad?Our boards and boxes can be left at room temperature for up to 6 hours. If enjoying later, place your board on ice in a cooler or in the refrigerator.

Where is the food prepared? Is it fresh?Yes! All items are made and assembled fresh in a health department licensed kitchen.

What is your nut policy?As a standard, we do include some nuts in our products, however if you would like nuts to be removed from your order, please select "exclude nuts" on the dietary options section when ordering.

Can I order my box to be delivered at a specific time?Due to increase in delivery needs, we now offer multiple delivery windows. 8 AM - 11 AM 11 AM - 2 PM 2 PM - 6 PM Need a time outside our delivery windows? Email: info@amazinggrazecreations.com to request your time.

Will I receive any confirmation about my order?Yes! Check your email for confirmation and details about your order. If you do not receive an email, please check your spam. Your email will come from info@amazinggrazecreations.com.

Do you have gluten-free and vegan options? If so, does it cost extra?Yes we do, and no it does not! We have multiple dietary options. When building your board, you can select gluten-free, vegan, dairy-free, vegetarian, keto, no pork, and no nuts - all for no extra cost!

Does my board come ready to serve?Yes! Remove the plastic wrap by cutting along the base of your board and remove it. You are ready to serve!

How do I add a new question & answer?To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.

Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.

How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.
